The public knows him as an energetic, highly articulate and engaging television host and sometime movie and teleserye star. But deep inside this young man is a desire to be on the other side of the camera, behind the lens, contemplating silence and capturing lifes moments. Ryan Agoncillo is one of the fortunate showbiz denizens who have flourished and maintained a respectable stature over the years. Right now, he is hot property being the real-life love interest of popular soap and movie star Judy Ann Santos. However, in his own right, Agoncillo is carving his own niche away from the glamor of showbusiness but in the challenging world of photography. His interest in the craft started way back in college. I was taking up corporate communications. Parts of the course were subject on basic photography and video production, he recounts.
SDSU Campus Police Review Taser Incident
Campus police at San Diego State University will investigate why an officer used a stun gun on a man who was riding his board on school property, authorities said Friday. The altercation between two officers and skateboarder Josh Gandy, 21, was caught on a cell phone camera and posted on the video sharing Web site YouTube, prompting complaints from some skateboarders and students. Campus police said a patrol officer stopped Gandy at around 11 a.m. Tuesday after he rode his skateboard through one of the main campus entrances. Gandy swore at the officer, got off the board, and began screaming, said SDSU police Lt. Robert McManus. .
